Service Description
Treat tired feet with a cleanse and exfoliation to leave them soft and smooth followed by a relaxing foot massage focusing on reflexology pressure points. This treatment promotes many health benefits and can reduce the symptoms or side effects of illness.
Cancellation Policy
Please give HENYO at least 24 hrs notice prior to cancellation or amending a booking. If no contact has been attempted or in the event of a 'no show' you will be asked to pay 50% of the treatment value unless due to exceptional circumstances. Please notify HENYO if you are running late for your appointment. Unfortunately if you are more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, the therapist reserves the right to cancel and reschedule as this will impact on other bookings. Although rare, there may be times that the therapist may need to rearrange your appointment date or time in the event of personal circumstances or illness for example. You will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative date/time. HENYO does not currently have a card machine. Methods of payment include cash, bank transfer or online payment when booking via the website. Due to the nature of services offered, a consultation between client and therapist takes place prior to commencing treatment. This information is treated confidentially as you may be asked about your lifestyle, current or past health history and medication details. This is to ensure that the correct holistic treatment is prescribed to your needs and to enable you to achieve the best possible outcome.
